How to Download Raw or Old Files in John Deere Operations Center

Step-by-Step Guide for Accessing and Downloading Historical Data Files

If you need to access and download older documentation or raw files from your John Deere Operations Center account, follow this step-by-step guide. This process helps you locate files from previous years, such as 2018, 2019, or 2020, and even find files stored in the archive. Downloading your historical data is useful for analysis, record-keeping, or sharing with consultants.

How to Download Raw or Old Files

  1. Log in to Operations Center
    Start by logging in to your John Deere Operations Center account.

  2. Navigate to More Options
    In the menu, select More and then choose Files.

  3. Set Your Date Range

    • Select Custom Date Range.

    • Choose your starting point (the first date to search for files).

    • Choose your ending point (the last date to include in your search).

  4. Choose File Type and Field

    • Scroll down to the file type section.

    • Select Documentation.

    • Then, select the Field you want to view files for.

  5. View Available Files

    • You’ll now see all files uploaded to the system for your selected field and date range.

    • For example, you might see files from 2020, 2019, and 2018.

  6. Access Archived Files (if needed)

    • To find files from even earlier years, go to Archive Files.

    • This section lets you look back and retrieve previous records.

  7. Make Files Available for Download

    • Select the older files you want to access.

    • Change their status to Available so you can download them.

  8. Download Your Files

    • Once the files show as available, select the files you’d like to download.

    • Click Download to save them to your device.

Helpful Tips

  • Use the custom date range to narrow your search to specific seasons or years.

  • Archived files may be hidden from your main view—check the Archive Files section if you don’t see what you need.
