Follow these steps to prepare your planter for road transport:

  1. Access the Controls

    • Enter the tractor cab and power on the display.

    • Select the Main Menu button.

    • Tap the Planter Auxiliary option.

  2. Select Frame Settings

    • Press the Frame soft key.

    • Place the planter into Transport Mode after fully raising it.

  3. Activate Transport

    • On the display, select Transport.

    • Tap Transport Mode at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Prepare to Fold

    • Ensure the tractor transmission is in Neutral.

    • Make sure the three-point hitch is roughly in the middle position.

  5. Fold the Planter

    • Turn Wing Fold on (using the display).

    • Use SCV Number 1 to begin folding the planter wings.

    • Once the wings are fully folded, raise the three-point hitch.

  6. Finalize Transport Position

    • Turn Wing Fold off.

    • Turn Wing Wheel Lift on.

    • Use SCV Number 1 to lift the wing wheels to their full transport position.

  7. Pause or Stop Folding

    • If you need to stop folding at any time, press the Stop button on the display or release SCV Number 1.
