Steps to Pressure Check for Leaks

1. Prepare the Equipment
   • Turn off and cool down the equipment.
   • Disconnect the battery to prevent accidental starts.
     
2. Identify Pressure Points
   • Use the owner’s manual to find pressure points like hydraulic and fuel lines.
3. Connect the Pressure Gauge
   • Attach the gauge as per instructions and start the equipment to reach operating pressure.
4. Check for Leaks
   • Visually inspect for leaks while running.
   • Apply soap solution; bubbles indicate leaks.
5. Document and Address Leaks
   • Note any leaks, their locations, and severity
   • Tighten fittings, replace hoses, or seek professional help for major repairs.
   • Retest to ensure leaks are fixed.
