This robust support package covers everything from on-farm visits and equipment calibration to advanced data management and in-season support—helping you maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and make informed decisions for your farm.

What’s Included

On-Farm Expert Visits

  • Two On-Farm Visits Per Year: Personalized, scheduled service from our Precision Ag specialists ensures your systems are properly set up before each season.

  • Pre-Season Meeting: Create setup files, including variety locator information, and load all necessary files into your displays.

Equipment Setup & Calibration

  • Equipment Setup: We set up all your supported precision ag equipment, so you start the season confident and ready.

  • Component Transfer: Move AMS (Ag Management Solutions) components to the current season’s machinery.

  • TCM Calibration & AutoTrac Testing: Calibrate TCM if needed and test AutoTrac guidance systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Software Updates: Perform updates on displays, receivers, and planter/rate controllers (machine controller software updates not included).

Display & System Optimization

  • Data Cleanup: Clear out old data from displays to improve system speed and reliability.

  • Home Page Configuration: Set up documentation information, configure display home pages, and clear any unneeded data.

  • Machine Measurement Input: Enter correct machine measurements for section control and precise operation.

  • Guidance Line & Boundary Cleanup: Clean up or update guidance lines and field boundaries when needed or upon request.

Advanced Data Management

  • Comprehensive Data Management: Organize, transfer, and manage your field and machine data for easy access and analysis.
